Stacka Pty ltd is a family owned and operated business, servicing the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas established since 1994.

Today we have a  successful operation in large re-manufacturer of Manual, Automatic and Differentials.

While many people confuse rebuilt products with remanufactured products, let us tell you what Sunstate provides.

With Sunstate remanufactured components, you get tolerances that meet or exceed those of the OEM and a nationwide warranty that, in many cases, is better than a new component warranty.  Completely remanufactured… for a lot less than you might think.  But whatever you call that transmission or differential you’re having put in your vehicle, you should make sure that you are getting exactly what you think you are getting.  Here is how we differentiate rebuilt from remanufactured.

REBUILD

1.        To reconditioned by cleaning, inspecting and replacing severely worn or broken parts.  Serviceable parts are reused with the manufacturer’s acceptable wear limits.

REMANUFACTURE

1.        To make as close to new as possible.  All worn/wearing parts are automatically replaced.  All core material is closely inspected and checked against original equipment specifications for correct dimensional tolerances.  Replacement parts are new and made in the same production process as original equipment.  Testing is performed to manufacturer specifications and original production standards.  Choose for yourself, but know that Sunstate will only provide completely remanufactured transmissions and differentials – or any of our other remanufactured components.

OUR STAFF

Stacka Pty ltd currently employ 15 staff.  Management and staff work together as a team.  The team is headed up by the owners John Snr with his broad mechanical knowledge and experience of 30 years. John Jr  with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and his ongoing commitment in  obtaining further knowledge through studies and workshop  programmes,  specifically targeting  new innovative areas.  Gloria managers the office and shares the commitment to the family business with her broad knowledge of bearings, seals and associated products.  Together we work hard to produce the best products  available.  We maintain an open door policy of communication between tradesman, staff and management.

We are proud of the relationship between management and staff.  It is a relationship of mutual trust and respect.  Each staff member has a specific role to play in our well-oiled machine team, from washing down of parts through to the completed  product.   Our staff has mutual respect for each others’ role and are always willing to help fellow work mates if required.  This employee attitude has contributed to our company’s success.

With the combined experience of our tradesman/technicians and parts purchasers,  any driveline problem is overcome.  With thought and consideration given to the projects’ technical solution and also cost to the customer.
